  • Build dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to empower SACCOs with real-time insights for decision-making.

  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to refine features like agent banking and USSD, using data to enhance user adoption.

  • Monitor platform KPIs, detecting anomalies to minimize fraud and ensure compliance with Bank of Uganda standards.

  • Support expansion into Kenya and Tanzania by modeling market opportunities in the $50B African fintech space.

  • Translate rural user feedback into actionable metrics, bridging field insights with tech solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in data analysis, preferably in fintech, banking, or microfinance sectors.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a knack for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Resilience to handle messy datasets from low-tech environments and creativity to find solutions.
